Funding of $8,500 for CountryLink bus stop at Bundarra

Member for Northern Tablelands Richard Torbay today announced $8,450 in State funding for a new CountryLink bus stop at Bundarra.
The funding is part of a $1.47 million program to improve transport infrastructure across rural and regional NSW.
“This funding will be delivered to Uralla Shire Council through the Country Passenger Transport Infrastructure Grants Scheme,” Mr Torbay said.
The new bus stop to be constructed by Uralla Shire council will be located on Thunderbolt’s Way, Bundarra
“It’s good to see better public transport facilities in our area where they are so much needed,” Mr Torbay said.
“Local people rely on the CountryLink bus service and providing this bus stop for passengers at Bundarra is a positive development.
“Having Uralla Council do the work is also a boost for the region.”
