A helping hand the Mick Young way

It was a Mick Young moment at the Armidale TAFE campus this week when a group of students lined up for a helping hand from the legendary politician’s Scholarship Trust. Presenting certificates to recipients at the ceremony Member for Northern Tablelands Richard Torbay said it represented the ideal of public education to provide access to people regardless of their circumstances.
